Welcome to IWV Youth Softball!

We are a non-profit Southern California Amateur Softball Association (ASA) recreational league that provides a boy and girls T-ball division for kids ages 8 and under, and two girl's Fastpitch Softball divisions for ages 8-15. We are located in Ridgecrest, CA and welcome players from the surrounding areas to join our teams.

Our Board of Directors is dedicated to our softball program, and our mission is to build healthy, productive, confident girls through the softball experience. The IWVYS program focuses on teaching softball fundamentals and preparing our youth for competitive high school and college athletics that follow.

Our coaches are all ASA certified (ACE) and have undergone a background check as part of that process.

BHS IWVYS Appreciation Day Coming!

The Burroughs High School Softball team is going to hold an "IWVYS
Appreciation Day" during an upcoming home game. Coach Adrienne Lathrop
would like to have all girls show up at the Leroy Jackson softball
fields (same fields we used for evaluations) at 3:00pm on Apr 20th with
their uniforms. All players will be on the field for the National
Anthem and then we'll split them up between the Varsity and JV games.

We had a great turnout for the pancake breakfast. Thank you to Jenny Hopkins for the Costco run, Knights of Colombus for the location, Heather Griffin for the bacon & sausage, Starbucks for the coffee! All of the boys, girls, and parents who worked on this helped raise over $700.
